We do not ship globally, We only operate in our country of origin which is the United States, We do plan on extending our reach once our business grows.

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm. Once you are authorized to return the item(s), please follow all of the instructions provided.
We recommend that all returns be sent via a traceable carrier. Keep the Return Tracking Number associated with the package you are returning to ensure that the package is returned to our warehouse. Crossfit Direct is not responsible for packages sent with a return label not provided by us, or without the original packing slip. Also, Crossfit Direct do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.

Yes. If you return or exchange a product by mail, we recommend that you ship your package with a carrier that can provide tracking and insurance. Crossfit Direct is not responsible for packages lost in transit without proof of tracking. If you return merchandise that does not meet the conditions of the return policy, it will be sent back to you at your expense.
